Enthusiasm. Passion. Dedication.
Define your career, your relationships and your life by these words and you’ll grow in ways you can’t imagine. In a world where we are reminded to “take it easy,” the ones who ignore this advice and give 110% to every thought and every action… they’re the few who will achieve the most.

The Serenity Prayer
| God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference. Living one day at a time; Enjoying one moment at a time; Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; Taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will; That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him Forever in the next. Amen. In loving memory of--Reinhold Niebuhr Fr Bertram Griffin -- 1932-2000 Requiescat in Pace | |
Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths. Proverbs 3, 5-6 | |

A Gentle Reminder
Haha C, this is especially for you.
My beloved friend Courtney and I were speaking this evening about singing (among other things). I told C I'm sure she sings better than I do, heck I'm sure a lot of people sing better than I do most times lol. It was then she reminded me of something I said two years ago..."God did not give me a voice to sing, he gave me feet to dance" which is definitely something I would say. I like to say people think of it as the glass being half empty or half full, where as I say amen there's something to drink. Be grateful for what you have, and even if you don't have the best version of something enjoy it to.
I would also like to say sorry for all the rain...I have been singing a lot lately LOL.
